Hard Boiled Egg
Ingredients:
 | Water (enough to cover eggs) |
 | Egg(s) |
 | Water |
Directions:
Place eggs in a pot in enough cold water to cover completely and bring to a rolling
boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to a low MEDIUM BOIL and cook an additional 12 minutes.
Soft Boiled Egg
Ingredients:
 | Water (enough to cover eggs) |
 | Egg(s) |
 | Water |
Directions:
Bring water to a gentle boil in a pot.
Carefully place egg(s) in boiling water.
Boil for 4 minutes.
Immediately run cold water over egg(s) to stop cooking process.
