Directions:
Place eggs in enough cold water to cover completely and bring to a rolling
boil over high heat.
Reduce heat to a low MEDIUM BOIL and cook an additional 12 minutes.
Immediately chill eggs so yolks stay bright yellow.
Remove shells from eggs.
Cut eggs lengthwise with a knife.
Carefully remove the yolks, and place in a medium bowl.
Add remaining ingredients while mashing yolks with a fork.
Very carefully spoon yolk mixture back into the egg white halves. Sprinkle
with paprika (optional).
