Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

bullet6 hard boiled Eggs
bullet3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
bullet1 tablespoon sugar
bullet1 teaspoon mustard
bullet1 teaspoon vinegar
bulletsalt & pepper to taste
bulletpaprika (optional)

Directions:

Place eggs in enough cold water to cover completely and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to a low MEDIUM BOIL and cook an additional 12 minutes. 

Immediately chill eggs so yolks stay bright yellow.

Remove shells from eggs.

Cut eggs lengthwise with a knife.

Carefully remove the yolks, and place in a medium bowl.

Add remaining ingredients while mashing yolks with a fork.

Very carefully spoon yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.  Sprinkle with paprika (optional).
